Fine Art Printing

Welcome to Nickelson Editions, a fine art digital printmaking studio based in Camden, Maine since 2009. I provide professional, high-quality printing of photographs and other artwork using archival inks and papers and service clients across Maine, New England, and across the United States.

Using my state-of-the-art equipment such as the Epson Stylus Pro P9000 large (or wide) format printer, I can prepare and print fine art photographic prints or limited edition reproductions of paintings or other artwork on a vast selection of papers. Using a carefully color-calibrated computing environment, I endeavor to match each artist’s creative vision precisely. By handcrafting each print and using my extensive experience in preparing and printing digital images, I can provide digital fine art prints to satisfy any criteria.

I am passionate about the fine digital print and its qualities as a physical object and as the realization of the intent of the artist, and I started Nickelson Editions with the mission to produce for artists high-quality, custom fine art prints that realize their artistic vision.

I work with each artist individually to make sure that each artist with whom I work is completely satisfied with their final print. Everything here is done by me and me only — I have no team of assistants or interns, so all of your work will receive my personal attention. As a working artist, I understand issues facing artists and can help you realize your own artistic vision with a fine print.

I am strongly dedicated to minimizing the environmental footprint of my printing and utilize recycled materials, locally-sourced or sustainable products, and continue to reduce the carbon impact of my materials and printing.
